Our History
Founded in the summer of 1999, Manchester Homes is a joint venture between Jim Fincher and Larry Mattocks. Prior to forming Manchester Homes, Jim and Larry enjoyed careers in Electrical and Environmental Engineering, respectively. They then moved on to owning building and residential construction related companies for several years before they decided to become business partners and form their own home building company. Manchester Homes has become one of the largest builders in Oklahoma, yet they still take great satisfaction in offering an exceptional level of customer service that continues on after the sale.
