Realtor Policies

As a Realtor, you can be confident you and your client will be taken care of when they purchase a Manchester home. Simply follow our guidelines outlined below and you'll never have to worry about collecting a commission we know and understand you are entitled to.

1. In order to receive the industry standard 3% commission, you must be a licensed Realtor in Oklahoma.
2. As a minimum, please provide evidence of procuring cause by registering your clients in person or online. You can call our sales associates if you don't have time to register online and let us know if you're sending a client over to avoid any misunderstandings.
3. If a client returns without their realtor, we will honor your registration for 60 days.
4. If two or more Realtors are involved, the agent present at the time of contract will receive the commission unless an agreement between agents is presented to us at the time of contract.
